Dr. Dey, a holder of a doctoral degree in Civil Engineering with a deep interest in climatology and hydrology, is a Program Officer at BVIEER working within the unit to develop teaching-learning material in geospatial science and technology.  She brings with her a passion for Open Source GIS.
